Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Traveling Baseball
Player fees are nonrefundable once players are selected and a team is formed, unless under special circumstances. A player who is injured prior to the start of the season. will receive a refund minus administrative and uniform fees. In the event that a player is injured after teams are formed but before the season starts, the Board may decide to refund a portion of the player fees on a case by case basis.
Gopher State Rec Baseball

FLBA Winter Clinic
No refunds are give after registration.
Forest Lake Classic
Refund Policy: If your team withdraws prior to 30 days from the start date, a refund will be issued, minus a $25 fee, only when a replacement team is found. If a replacement team is found at a discounted price, the refund will be the discounted price minus the $25 fee. If you withdraw within 30 days of the tournament start date, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Ranger Summer Sandlot Camp
Full refunds will be offered should there not be enough interest and the camp is canceled. Weather refunds will not be issued. Refunds before July 15th will be charged a 25.00 fee, no refunds after July 15th.
